Are you in need of some financial assistance?

We understand that the bills start piling up when it comes to eating disorder treatment and recovery. We will help up to $1,000. Please submit a Signed Doctors note from a psychologist or Primary, and receipts that supports recovery such as co pays, Nutrionist/ counseling with name on receipt proof of your treatment. Please submit all in a PDF format to complete the application.

We accept applications at any time but your receipts should be within 1 year of your application date. If you know someone in need of financial assistance, send them our grant application.

Must have an Eating Disorder Diagnosis.
