Our Mission: Spread hope, compassion, and understanding, aiming to break the stigma surrounding the challenges of Eating Disorders; by bringing awareness, providing resources, and delivering Butterflywish Baskets and Butterflywish Grants
The Marron family has spent the last five years committed to supporting individuals struggling with eating disorders. Their efforts through their involvement with Flutters of Hope, have made a meaningful impact in raising awareness, offering resources, and creating opportunities for healing and hope for those affected by the challenges.
Marron Family Striving to Support.
“Trust in the Lord with all your heart and lean not on your own understanding; in all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make your paths straight.”
—Proverbs 3:5-6
Annalise always remembers the self-critical thoughts from as young as three. Her anorexia began when she was 11 years-old. She has said that she could never escape the never-ending thoughts she had until she felt a “high” from not eating.
“We have this HOPE as an anchor for the soul, firm and secure.”
Heb 6:19
Now Annalise dedicates her spare time to helping others battling eating disorders. In 2019, the Marron family founded a charitable non-profit to help other families on the long road to health. Through Flutters of Hope Inc., Annalise and Cheryl help families throughout New York State find hope and healing. Annalise creates and delivers Butterflywish Baskets to those who are recovering from an eating disorder.
Helping Others Fight.
Cheryl and Annalise teamed up with the Parent University at Saratoga Springs School District bringing awareness of eating disorders to help educate families, providers, teachers about the ins and outs of this life threatening disease.
